How do I determine which size ROAD iD is right for me?
We offer several styles including the Wrist ID, Apple Watch ID, and Shoe ID. Most wrist-based IDs are adjustable or come in multiple sizes; please refer to our printable sizing guide on the product page to ensure a perfect fit before ordering.
What information should I engrave on my ID?
We recommend including your full name, city/state, emergency contact numbers (labeled as ICE), and any vital medical information such as allergies, heart conditions, or blood type.
How long does it take to ship my custom-engraved order?
Since every ROAD iD is custom-engraved in-house, most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout, typically ranging from 3-7 business days for standard shipping.
Is the engraving permanent and waterproof?
Yes. Our laser-engraving process creates a permanent, high-contrast mark on surgical-grade stainless steel. It is 100% waterproof and designed to withstand salt water, sweat, and extreme outdoor conditions without fading.
What is your 'Guaranteed For Life' policy?
We stand behind our products. The stainless steel ID plate is guaranteed for life. If you manage to wear it out or damage it, we will replace it for free. Note that silicone bands and accessories are subject to normal wear and tear but are covered by a 1-year warranty.
Can I update my information after I receive my ID?
Because the text is permanently laser-engraved into the metal, the plate itself cannot be edited. However, you can order a 'replacement plate' at a reduced cost if your emergency contacts or medical status changes.
